Pastor Matthew Wowoah was born on September 18, 1973, and Pastor Precious Wowoah was born on October 28, 1981, both in West Africa, Liberia. Pastor Matthew and Pastor Precious are blessed with four children, all of whom reside in the United States. Together, they have served in ministry for more than 15 years. In March 2009, they relocated to the United States of America, where they continued their pastoral journey by starting a church. Through divine revelation, Pastors Matthew and Precious were led to establish and name the ministry Harvest Church “City of Grace”.
